Honestly, there is nothing more satisfying than getting into the venue of a concert after waiting in line for hours.
As students, many of us have to opt for general admission tickets and as a result; we need to get to the venue early.
From there on it is waiting, and waiting, and waiting.
However! Once you get in, my goodness it is an amazing feeling. Grabbing some merch and your spot rightfully at the front row!
Concerts are one of the BEST stress relievers, and I’ve got a list of four MUST see Canadian concerts before the summer ends! Here are the events, in no proper order!
1. Sean Leon at the Mod Club, July 27th, 2017
Sean Leon is a hip-hop/rock artist from Toronto, Ontario. He released his first mixtape in 2013, and has continued to release music yearly. Leon has collaborated with infamous Toronto producer WondaGurl, as well as Drake. Boi-1da has noted that his work is a “reflective masterpiece” and it was “absurd he was left off Pitchfork’s list of essential post-Drake music”.
Tickets are still available! Get em on Ticketmaster.
2. Jeff Martin of the Tea Party at The Rockpile, July 27th, 2017
Jeff Martin is the former lead vocalists of the well-known Canadian band, The Tea Party.
