WikiLeaks: House of Clintons

WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Julian Assange is the target of outrage and accusations the he has politicized the death of Seth Rich. Rich was an analyst with the Democratic National Committee who was murdered in Washington, D.C. on July 10, 2016.

Assange is offering a $25,000 reward for anyone with information that will lead to a conviction in the Rich case. He has hinted that the source that leaked the infamous Hilary Clinton e-mails to WikiLeaks may have been Rich himself. This is the same e-mail dump that forced out DNC Chairman and Clinton ally Debbie Wasserman-Shultz. The accusations being levied may seem like a plotline directly out of an episode of House of Cards.

Police initially reported Rich’s murder as a robbery, but he was found with his wallet and personal effects. He was walking home while on the phone with his girlfriend when he was shot in the back. Investigators report that he was completely covered in bruises, and authorities have yet to make any arrests in connection with the investigation. Rich’s alleged implication in leaking the information puts him on a long list Clinton associates to meet their demise in suspicious fashion.

There are an abundance of websites online that list over 100 people who have been killed that were in some way associated with the Clinton family. There are also a number of books and articles that support the idea that the Clintons have left a trail of bloodshed in the wake of their political ambitions. The majority of the accusations that the Clinton family had anything to do with the deaths of their associates have generally been dismissed as radical conspiracy.

Kevin Ives, Don Henry, Victor Raiser, Paul Tully, Paula Gober, Vince Foster, Jerry Parks, Edward Willey, Jr., Herschel Friday, Kathy Ferguson, Rob Brown, Charles Meissner, Barbara Wise, Mary Mahoney, John Ashe, Mark Weiner, Victor Thorn, and Shawn Lucas are just some of the names of people who have met their demise under dubious circumstances.

The list of deaths associated with the victims who worked with either Bill or Hillary Clinton was originally curated by right-wing radio personality Linda Thompson. She died in May 2009 from an overdose of prescription medication. The causes of death range from suicide to a plane crash. Conspiracy theories aside, the fact remains that the sheer coincidence of all these deaths has sparked curiosity as to whether or not there may be a sliver of validity in the allegations.

To the critical thinker, the notion that the Clinton family had multiple people murdered to maintain their political position is absolutely preposterous. However, any Trump supporter would jump all over these claims in an attempt to fuel this conspiracy.

It’s safe to say some rabbit holes are better left alone.
